My name is Jacky Wright, I'm a creative consultant, producer and entrepreneur. As a storyteller and brand builder, I thrive in the process of ideation to execution. I grew up between south jersey and south philly. I excelled in soccer & basketball and hooped in college. Thanks to Thelma, my foundation allowed me a unique perspective of seeing life between the streets and the suburbs. A few years after receiving my degree, I made a name for myself as a cultural tastemaker in the city of brotherly love. I graduated from curating parties to the music industry when I was appointed as an A&R working with Tyrese Gibson. This opportunity led me to become the manager of R&B artist Kenyon Dixon. With a desire to fully pursue my passion and purpose I serendipitously relocated to Los Angeles in 2015. Within the first year, I was hired as day-to-day manager for actor Michael B. Jordan, supporting the launch of Outlier Society, assisting in facilitating campaigns with global brands such as Acura, Piaget and Nike and credited on Marvel’s Black Panther. I have spent the last six years freelancing on productions for networks such as BET, MTV, VH1, E!, and REVOLT. I served as Director of Brand & Creative Services for comedian/actor Tone Bell, working on branded campaigns in partnership with Captain Morgan, Pringles and TiVO, while also executive producing his first comedy album One Night in Austin. Additionally, I directed, produced and edited the 'St. Patrick's Time Off' digital campaign for Jameson Irish Whiskey. I produced the short film Proud of Me for Youtube’s Black Voices Festival Showcase, starring Rapper Armani White which premiered at the 2023 American Black Film Festival. Currently, I am developing tv/film/digital projects and continuing to elevate my lifestyle brand wrighteous™. Founded in 2018, wrighteous™ is where I curate my passion for streetwear, content and purpose with the firm belief that anything’s possible.
